1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

probably, but couldnt tell you. was a month or so ago. I'd give them a call and see if you can get on a list.

I did that on some ravello PTB or LWB last year and got a random call that my size was avail.

I have both and highly recommend both. They are different enough to justify both IMO.

One tip, as someone who was lucky enough to get the Marlow, Lindrick, and Darlton all out of the way 3 or so years ago, I see they've done nothing but get more expensive and the sales get less value or tighter timing/selection year after year. I'd be kicking myself plenty if I still had the need to get one or more now.

That can probably be said of a lot of things, but it's a definite for these.

Guys I normally wear a 11d Barrie last and 11e on AE. Would a 11d be good.

Michael, I wear an 11D in my barrie lasted Alden ptb's and LWB's, and I got a good fit in an 11D in the Marlow wingtips. For what it's worth the C&J Bradford shell cordovan cap toe retails for around $850. I believe the price for the RL Marlow wingtip is commensurate with what it costs to produce a high quality Goodyear welted shell cordovan brogue. Waiting for a sale can sometimes be a long wait.

Conversely, I'm a 12.5D Barrie and 13D Marlow. Of course, part of this is because they don't make the Marlow in 12.5D so that size may indeed have been even more perfect for me. My 13D do Marlows fit me very well though. I think it might really depend on the shape of your foot - mine is flat and wide.

I am a 10D Barrie and got the 10.5D Marlow and always wished I went 10D... In the store, the 10.5 felt fine.

The 10.5's work for me, however I have to tie them really tightly. Essentially to the point that the two sides are touching. It works fine, but if I could do over, I would have done 10...
