1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Very nice. I REALLY would like to see the Lindrick next to the Skye 2. I like all eyelets for more formal boots but I tend to lean towards hooks with shell boots (that are not balmorals).

Can anyone tell me how the cordovan penny loafers fit compared to the Marlow wingtips?

Thanks for this tip. They did honor the overnight shipping, but they are experiencing holiday shipping delays [IMG]. First world problems.

They are backed up at least 5 business days. Ordered something last Sun and still says "items located in stock"

I'd say slightly smaller. I took the same size in both, i.e., half size down from my Brannock size.

Any RLBL suits at the ny sample sale?

Their logistics delivery times are held up on my online order. They overnighted a package after holding it for a week.

They finally shipped my order today and upgraded to overnight.
It'll now likely get here sooner than if they had shipped it last Monday via ground.

Yes, waited in the subzero temps and there was nothing unfortunately. Maybe next time.

Guys - just wondering what trees you all use for the Marlows?

I have several different pairs/last in C&J and all seem to take different trees - finding it hard to use anything I have for them.

    Thanks

Alden split toe trees or AE full toe trees work just fine.

I have Woodlore Epic shoetrees in mine. You can pick them up at B. Nelson/VIP Shoe Restorers locally.

Are the Lindricks and Giannis made on the same last? I did a search and this came up empty. Thanks in advance.

^ supposedly yes (325 last) but not 100% sure because the gianni's fit 1/4 to 1/2 sizes larger than the lindrick in the same size
