Thanks gents! Used Reno once when I first got them. I don't brush often but I do buff. They are "blotchy" in places (especially on the left shoe). I assume this is residual dye from the tanning process, but I really couldn't care less. Love these things.

i had a pair of light colored marlow but realized they were just "dehydrated". once i pounded them with reno they were back to a cognac brown from a whiskey

Whiskey?! Damn! I'm using Saphir brown cordovan cream on mine because I don't want to lose too much color.

i dont. the cuff needs to be rolled tight. once it unravels it looks sloppy and most peeps just dont roll it up again so they go around town with what looks like sloppily rolled joints around their ankles

Then I fully agree, a mild ironing after turning them up keeps them tight enough for me.
