Crockett & Jones shoes for Ralph Lauren
Made in England
Cigar Shell Cordovan leather
Full leather lined
tag size: 9D

A very rare C&J configuration for Ralph Lauren - seen a lot less than the (also very nice) Marlow / Dalton. These shoes are like beautiful, well-built tanks. They are in very good pre-owned condition. Well kept and tons of life left in the original double-leather soles, which can be re-built if they ever wear down. The soles do not have any of the tell-tale thin spots under the ball of the foot that indicate the soles need replacement; it will take a very, very long time for these soles to wear down. The shell cordovan leather is in excellent condition and will only get better over time as the cigar brown begins to deepen and develop the gorgeous patina that characterizes this leather as it ages. The shoes can be brightened right up with a brisk horsehair brush and you can always touch up the sole edges, but they look lovely as is and are ready to wear. .

length: 12 3/8"
width: 4 7/16" (just shy of 4 1/2 inches)

$325 shipped CONUS (or best offer)

Happy to entertain reasonable offers so feel free to make them.

Thanks for looking and let me know if you have other questions.
