There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I wonder if anyone can help me. My father recently passed away and I stumbled upon a pair of boots that he owned. They are Crockett & Jones Chelsea 2 code 21330 and 1006. They also say NZ made and have Suckling Bros New Zealand stamped on the sole.I would love to hear any history anyone can shed on the boots as I thought they were only made in the UK.

The likeliest bet is that they were resoled at some point, and the soles came from the Suckling Bros factory (google tells me this was a family-run shoe store that at one point had their own factory, but which was destroyed in the Christchurch earthquake).

Thanks. I should have said there is also a stamp in the boot that says NZ made with the other id stamps.

Late reply but I have seen CJ shoes with NZ made clearly stamped inside shoe with old fashioned CJ label
    Wonder what the story is?!
