Bodileys offers free shipping. I think plal does for handgrades and charges 115 Maylasian ringits for benchgrades. I'll let you convert into $.

North American sellers of C&J would be at Turnbull & Asser in New York and Beverly Hills and Ben Silver in Charleston. You can get a smattering of models at Polo and Brooks Brothers. Nonetheless, shipping from outside the U.S. is not only not that expensive, but also the overall cost is significantly cheaper when dealing with Plal or Pediwear, as opposed to the North American retailers. You can probably get a few models from T&A or Ben Silver that you can't over the web, but that's about the only advantage if you aren't ordering in person anyway.
