Critiques Please - 3 New Indochino Suits (Grey, Navy, Charcoal)

Hello,

I've just received three new suits from Indochino.com - a Grey, a Charcoal, and a Navy. I've attached photos of myself in the three different jackets below - the three pairs of trousers all fit the same and all fit fine (it's the jackets I'd like critiques on), so I just wore the Navy ones in all the photos.

Any suggested alterations? Or just any general comments?

Thanks,
Andrew

Maybe its because of the way you are standing, but the shoulders look too wide on all of them.

The sleeve measurements seem to vary with each one. And yes, the shoulders don't seem to be hugging your natural slope, so they seem big, nothing hideous though. I am always worried that this will happen with my first online MTM suit in which I must submit body measurements. Anyone know if you can just submit measurements of your best fitting jacket and pants? I figure this would avoid some of the most common pitfalls that come with such online endeavors.

The sleeves are bunching up tightly in all of them as well. But I like the buttoning point and the length looks good. All in all, not too bad for what it is.

How restricted is your arm movement in them?

They look surprisingly good considering they're from Indochino. The divots are probably just because of the way you're holding your arms out, and the shoulders don't look wide at all when compared to what I can see of the size of your head.

Pictures from the back would be useful, that's usually where the most common fit problems occur.

I can't quite tell whether the sleeves on the grey one are too short, or the shirt cuffs are just pulled down further. The charcoal one seems to be showing a perfect 1/4" of shirt cuff.

From the feel, I'd say that the shoulders fit well - maybe a 1/4 - 1/2 inch too wide, but that'd be it. Arm movement isn't particularly restricted; no worse than any other suit I've ever owned. And the shirtsleeves are pulled really far down on the Grey suit - the sleeves aren't that short in real life.

Any other comments? I may take them to a tailor if anyone can think of anything that'd be fixable.

I think the shoulders look fine. Everyone is obsessed with narrow little shoulders these days. I think a wider shoulder and more chest drape would look better to balance out the bottom. Sleeves look uncomfortable.

I have no idea why everyone is saying the shoulders are too wide. The divots in the sleeveheads are more than likely because of the way you're holding your arms out, which also makes it impossible to tell anything about how the sleeves fit.

The major problem is the short front balance, most obvious in the side view of the navy suit, making it look like you're pregnant.

Hmm, are there any alterations that could be done to correct that?

Okay (for online MTM) I think. You could stand a bit more relaxed or natural.
