I also think they look surprisingly nice. The shoulders are not too wide. However I would have liked to see wider lapels, a somewhat lower breast pocket, softer shoulders and more open quarters on the jacket. Also the pants are a little tight.

1st of all, why would you ever order 3 suits at once without knowing the product you were getting?

I dunno though, something with the proportions/balance are off. I know the pics are not that great and I know you are standing funky, something isn't right. The shoulders don't look too bad considering the padding, but there seems to be too much space in the front quarters of the suit that doesn't match up with your arm length (notably on the navy suit). I would go with slightly longer shirt sleeve length so you could get slightly longer jacket sleeve length with the same amount of cuff showing.

If the event you happen to run into a sartorial expert at the office/out on the town that wants to snap a photo of you standing still and then review it - he/she might notice a few things. Other than that they look good, and great for online MTM.

+1

i'd shorten the jacket a half inch next time round. your legs look stubby, and if you shorten a bit it will look more balanced. this is exacerbated by the high button point, which makes the long coat look off.

good on the fundamentals (shoulders, body) though.

They weren't my first suits from Indochino - I've bought others over the years, and so knew mostly what I'd be getting.

That said, I agree that there's something with the proportions and balance - I can't put my finger on it, but I've got this vague and niggling feeling that something's up with the fit (esp. on the charcoal and navy ones). Can anyone point to anything that might be up, that might be improved by a tailor?

Rest your arms naturally buddy...see if the divots disappear.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Its not a natural pose in the photo and even so it doesn't look too bad.

I would wear them a couple of times to see how they settle out. I bought a Herringbone suit in Brisbane and it took a few wears for divots and whatnot to go away. Now its fine.

The pockets are high so you could shorten the jacket without throwing off the stance too much.

Personally I wouldn't worry about it.

Very decent for online MTM, I do feel the quarters are very closed, I think shortening the jacket 1" and opening the quarters a bit would be an improvement.

Do you always stand with your arms like that?

otherwise, doesn't seem too bad to me. The pants seem a bit tight maybe.

I think it is the way he is standing, the sleeves look a bit short though.

i have bought two suits myself from indochino and am very happy. the jacket looks long to me. indochino suits tend to favor shorter jackets lengths, did you ask them to make it longer?

yours look fine.

I entered the exact measurements for the first suit I bought from them, back in August; I then just adjusted for these three based on that suit (though all I had to change was jacket sleeve length and pant length). Any more comments?
