I think it's supposed to shrink after a few washings, but I don't know by how much.

Why don't you wash it then take pics?

Don't forget to tuck it in....

In the first pic, the sleeves look a bit baggy around the elbow (and upper arm a bit). I also think the shoulder seams should come in a bit as they are too wide.

Agree with what has been said above. Work with Joe, he is very good and helpful in improving what you need.

+1. I've bought about a half dozen shirts from them over the last few months, in batches of two. Each time I've tweaked it a little, and Joe has been very helpful in the process.

I'd recommend that you wash it about 3 times before making those adjustments however, I think the shirt you have it actually going to end up fitting you pretty well after it's shrunk a bit.

I think the shirt looks pretty good. The torso looks about right. The sleeves could be shortened a bit. Joe will help you get the shirt to the point where it fits properly but isn't constricting.

I often think that an uncomfortable, constricting shirt will always photograph better than one that fits properly.

I agree that it looks pretty good; especially considering you likely paid a very reasonable sum for it. There are always tweaks that can be made, and there will always NEED to be tweaks that are made unless your weight never fluctuates (I challenge you to find me one person that doesn't very 5lbs or so up and down from day to day) so the reality is that with any garment a "perfect" fit is rarely acheivable and merely fleeting if it is. The important thing is wether you are happy with the fit...
