Neck size looks good. I would probably bring the shoulders in a bit and and raise the armholes a little. I'd also slightly tighten the fit through the torso, although that's really just personal preference and it's fine how it is. Those cuffs look quite tight -- if you wear a watch, is there room for it not to bind? The sleeve length looks fine with you holding your arms at your sides, but how about when you're holding your arm up in front of your chest?

I think it looks very good. The camera has a way of exacerbating any looseness in the torso -- you can't have the shirt be skin tight. You could move the shoulders in ever so slight (maybe a quarter inch TOTAL), but I don't think they look wide.
