I think I might have a touch too much waist suppression. I made this one a "casual" shirt because I figured something would be wrong, but I could still wear it out casually if it wasn't too bad.

Sorry about the shadows on the first one.

I think it looks pretty good. I do agree that an extra inch of room in the waist would make it fit less like underarmour, and maybe the sleeves are too long (can't really tell with the color/picture quality). Nice buttons.

Nice look, maybe a little more room in the waist area. What did the tailor say?

It was bought from tailorstore.com so I didn't directly work with a tailor. For my next run I plan on adding an extra inch to the waist I think, but I'm just looking for any other suggestions.

The grainy photos and the black color of the shirt make it impossible for us to tell anything. You might as well have taken a photo of your shadow on the sidewalk in the late afternoon sun. All I can tell is that the shirt has a very tight silhouette. As for creasing, ripples in the fabric, shoulder seams, collar details, I have no comment, as I can't make any of them out. This is likely why you are not getting any answers to your post.

Well, maybe I can make out one detail. Are those really epaulettes?

Yes. It's a casual shirt and I thought that would be a fun little detail.

I'll see what I can do to get a higher quality picture...All I have is an old 3.1 MP camera. Basically the fit in the arms and shoulders is spot on. I'm just concerned with the waist and somewhat with the length.

Thanks.

looks good, but another 1-2 inches on the waist would definitely look better, & possibly less trendy.

Are those epaulets? It's rare to see those on shirts these days. As for the waist suppression everyone seems to hate, I don't mind it at all.

I agree it's a bit difficult to give proper comments because it's hard to see the details of the shirt. Overall, the silhouette is pretty fitted, too much so. Do you feel restricted in movement at all? It would appear that standing with arms at your side it doesn't feel tight, but once you start moving around, sitting, etc. it might not be so comfortable.

And a 3.1 mp camera is plenty to take good pics. I think most people with digital cameras should set it at 3mp at the highest, because all you get with anything higher is incredibly huge image files that have to be resized anyway. Unless one is into multimedia, photography or artistic endeavors, a 7 or 9mp is ridiculous. You might want to consider a new photographer and different lighting.
