I am having the hardest time applying these stupid things. I take the thing out of the packet and then peel the clearfilm off the plastic film then when I try to put it on my teeth all hell breaks loose. The thing bunches in every direction and sticks everywhere I don't want it.

Am I the only one having problems?

I had problems like that.

It will stick better if you dry out your mouth and teeth. Use tissue paper to wipe your teath and mop up saliva in your mouth. Then put the strips on.
Breathe through your mouth so it'll keep your mouth dry.

The strips will still move around a bit but I still had good results.

So obnoxious. I ended up just kinda cramming them in as best i could. They aren't flat but all crumpled even though they cover the entire front of my teeth. Are they supposed to cover the back too?

What is up with the bottom strips? there are like two parts. I do notice a difference even using my ghetto method. The thing is, even in my dry hands the thing still starts to melt and stick. So much work 2x a day for 14 days.

Yeah, they're supposed to go on the back and front of your teeth so that they stay in better (ironic in your case).

I really can't say I've had much trouble applying mine. If you move your lips around they will tend to fall off so yes, it is a bit tedious at times. Still I can't say I've had the amount of difficulty you're experiencing.

I tried Rembrandt. It was very painful after 15 mins for me. I use the regular crest strips for one session every day, for two weeks.

Are you allowed to swallow with the strips in? Do they dissolve almost completely for you?

Not for me. If anything I will drink something if I feel the need. Just set aside some time when you dont expect to do a lot of talking, eating or drinking.
