I'm interested in trying Creatine Serum and Thermo Serum. Â You're supposed to be able to take them five minutes before a workout and experience minimal side effects compared to creatine monohydrate and Xenadrine, respectively. Â I'm somewhat skeptical, so I'm wondering if anyone has tried them and been satisfied with the results. Â In addition, can they be taken together? Â I've read that creatine and Xenadrine should not be taken at the same time because they cancel each other out.
