I recently started a new weight lifting program and have been seeing some definite improvement. The first few weeks, I have not been using any supplements but I am starting to load with creatine monohydrate and plan to use this for a while and see what happens. I also have some MET-Rx shakes that I have used in the past.
The question is would something else be better. With all the supplements available on the market, what do you use and what would you recommend?
