Creases in Italian, slim-fit n@t-huggers

I, like many of you, wear Italian-slim-fit-nut-huggers.

My question for you is, how do you keep your meaty thighs from pressing the creases out?

Are the creases in the pants or the n@ts?

I think they are supposed to be creased.
