Looks like nice thick silk but what patterns there are to be seen on the site seem rather dated.

How do you know?

You just like to dig up obscure Italian makers and claim they are good without ever having tried them or even seen their products. Have you ever seen and touched one of these ties other than on your screen? Let alone actually owned any...

Are they better than Roda?

It would be interesting if the OP could present Italian-named shops who _didn't_ have websites. Such as Camiceria Byron of the Piazza di Spagna in Rome. Sadly, despite their Ripley-esque location, evocative name and wonderfully dated sign and font, the items in their window looked uninspired and of middling quality -- almost certainly plastic buttons, no country-of-origin tag evident... However, there remain Italian shops of interest that don't have websites touting their "100% handmade" quality. But that would actually require feet on the ground investigation.
