More Willie Lusk boots.... custom built for a West Texas Rancher in the late 1950's to early sixties.

Never worn. About a 7.5 to 8 narrow.

Evelyn Green's famous hand stitching on display.

Flame stitch in red and orange and yellow and orange on black calf.

JOsey, you wanted lizard skin, so....

3 Nocona: brown, peanut brittle and emerald, with a another (far left )peanut brittle Lucchese with their classic chiseled toe.....

But by far my favorite is this custom Willie Lusk boot in belly lizard.....the toughest, most resilient part of the lizard. Two Big 'ol Lizard's, each vamp is made of one piece, matched perfectly.

And with such a lovely Flame Stitch by Evelyn Green on an extremely supple chocolate calf top.

1940's-50's spade sole with a pointed toe.

    Such a work of Art.

Very Vintage Blucher Boot Co. boot, nicknamed "The Tom Mix Boot" since he wanted the tulip pattern in some of his boots . Probably custom made in the 1960's from the label on the pull.

Lots of nice stitching, and colors....red, green, blue, yellow.

Very supple full grain French calfskin in burgundy.

Very nice stitching at the tongue.

That heel is a working cowboy heel, very underslung to engage the stirrup.(And why John Wayne always looked like he was falling downhill while he walked)

Nocona in Caribou I believe?? I've always wanted a boot in a 2" heel and now I've got em! Very comfy boot and the caribou hide is very light and wearable in this Texas heat now a days! [IMG]

Do I need more than one guess to figure out whose workshop this is?
