So, I'm heading to ATP (http://www.atpfestival.com/events/godspeednightmare.php) on the 3rd-5th of dec, and I figure I might as well spend a few days in London afterwards. It's been a good ten years since I've last been there and I think I'm going alone this time, so I'd appreciate some recommendations. I figure ATP's three days will be enough partying (??), so I'm looking to basically checking out some stores and maybe some culture. As I want to spend most of my meagre funds on clothing and maybe some records, I'm looking for some suggestions on affordable food and recommendations on what to see in London on a few days. I'll be dropping by Tate modern, but apart from that I haven't decided on anything. Would really like to see a good play, but I've no idea what's good in London at the moment (and whether tickets are available, as I'm running pretty late here). Was interested in Coward's "Design for Living" at the Old Vic, but noticed it's got it's last show on nov 27. Galleries, plays, places to eat at, everything is appreciated. Thanks. EDIT: ****, messed up the thread title.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
