My gf's friend has a friend in the industry and he got her a Schraderbrau prop t-shirt. If it weren't XL, I would totally steal it.

The preview showed him being buried.

Interesting observations. Here are a couple of my own:

    1. Regarding shooting the kid, I maintain it was stupid. For the group to assume anything BUT that his parents knew EXACTLY where he was would be the pinnacle of foolishness. See my previous post regarding evidence they could not hide in this event.

    2. Regarding Walt's family being killed, I might agree except that's exactly what most of us would expect, and this show has tried very hard to avoid that all along.

Londrestopo may have a point, maybe the kid is only wounded and Walt decides it is better to finish him off. Thus the reprehensible action Gilligan spoke of.

What if Jr. is kidnapped to force Walt to cook for the Cartel? That could explain the need for the M-60.

Does the Cartel still really exist? Didn't Gus kill all the leaders?

I believe the cartel is done. I see a threat coming from the Multi-national corporation that Gus was tied to. Big Pharma is the biggest cartel after all.

When a cartel leader is killed, there are ALWAYS people waiting to take his place.

    Now there's an idea!

I believe this could be key too, but believe they will need to start pushing more hints to it soon. Otherwise it won't feel natural when they evolve into a large threat. Not that many episodes left in the season, even when you count those coming next year.

I don't think anyone else at Madrigal has anything to do with Gus's operation besides Lydia, the warehouse security guard and the guy that killed himself.

Seems to me like Hank and the DEA are going to be the main threat from this point on.

Agreed. There has been a HUGE focus on hank and the DEA so far this season.

I agree, but then who is Walt preparing to storm with the gun from the first episode? I can't imagine they would go so far as for that scene to mean he was after Hank and the DEA unless we are missing a lot of context.

Oh and alternate ending to the last episode. ;)

I disagree, as usual they will be two steps behind and will only be there to figure everything out after all the shit has gone down. Everybody just ending up in prison would be anticlimactic.

I think the scene where Walt and Jr. are watching Scar Face foreshadow the end, "everybody dies in this movie". As in Scar Face, I think Walts'
main protagonist will be the Cartel or some other criminal organization. One has to step on a lot of toes when making an empire.
