Did anyone ever like Jesse? I think he has always made me angry.

Jesse feels what they have been doing is morally wrong . He experiences guilt , an existential view point most of the other characters lack

jesse makes me mad all the time. its part of why he is one of my favorite characters. he is phenomenal in this show. from the very beginning.

I could have done without the nazi dad red herring at the end of the episode. Felt so damn cheap.

i would not discount that just yet. they have not even returned to the scene yet. im still 50/50 on that coming back into play or it just showing their carelessness.

oh, i thought that was classic jesse. overreacting to something for no reason other than paranoia. i had a feeling from the very first time we saw him that he was not with walt. i kinda lol'ed when they finally made that reveal.

Yeah I knew it too. If Walt was going to kill him, he would have a better plan than a guy standing in the open 20 feet away.

i liked jesses needle on the bench idea. he gets walt. he knows that he could never outsmart him in a one on one situation. he did kick his ass tho. i wonder what his plan is.

Jesses is scared shitless at this point. He's all but broken. Don't really have a problem with him not thinking clearly.

I liked what he said to hank, though - "he's smarter than you, he's luckier than you , you don't get it"

Speaking of Mike and teams and such, I would have loved to see a story line detailing Mikes character and how he came to work for Gus. All we really know is that he was a cop who killed a wife beater. How corrupt was he as a cop? What was he into before he hooked up with Fring? How did he and Fring meet?

He didn't kill a wife beater, but he wished he had. "The moral of the story is I chose a half measure when I should have gone all the way. I'll never make that mistake again. No more half measures, Walter." That was one of the best scenes of the entire series.

Now, on the lighter side:

I think the experience Mike had with the abuser was his epiphany, which likely led to a fall into corruption we never heard about and which ended his career as a cop when he was caught.

But the question is, is Walter really trying to kill Jesse? My theory is: now that Skylar has basically SUGGESTED that they kill Jesse, after Walt was too obviously lying to get them out of the house, everyone else will wind up paying for everything Walt has done. He will mastermind the whole thing, and Jesse knows it.

Walt kills Hank or at least tails Hank. Killing Jesse is way too much risk now; the neo Nazis are not as professional as Mike's gang and leave traces everywhere.

Somehow somewhere, the stuck toilet paper will play a role in bringing out that waitress who overheard the whole Mr. White story told by the Nazi kid.

I would not be surprised if the job Walt has for Nazi Ned is something none of us have foreseen. Well, until five minutes after it's revealed.
