I've been using PDF995. It adds a "printer" to your list of printers and when you print to it, you get a pdf file on your computer of what you would have gotten on a sheet of paper had you sent it to a regular printer.

There are many Excel to PDF converters online to solve your problem if you google them. And the PDF files can also be converted to ebooks for easier reading with the tools such as the flip book maker, and they can be well-designed and looking beautiful.
