Could I get my suit jacket sleeves shortened in 3-4 days? (tailoring question)

I have an event that's come up this saturday and the suit I want to wear is one I bought before I started SF'ing, so naturally it doesn't fit as good as it should and I'd like that fixed.

However, I really dont think a tailor can do a full scale redo of the suit in three days, so what about just a quick shortening of the sleeves? Anyone reckon how long this would take?

Don't ask us, ask your tailor. I have had a tailor shorten sleeves for me while I waited, albeit as a favor. I'm sure if you take it to a tailor/dry cleaner they can shorten them in a day or two, though I would only risk such a place in a serious emergency. So give your tailor a call first thing in the morning. I would be surprised if you couldn't work out something.

Yes. They could do it immediately I'm guessing.
