I need to get another unlined cotton sport coat (?) blazer to replace one that ripped on a recent trip. The ones that have no lining inside?
Any recommendations please? I had hesitated on a really nice Zegna one, but can't find it anymore.

Hi and thank you for the response.

I have one from Barbour that I bought a few years ago. It is a sort of yellowish cream color and looks more expensive than it was. Hats and coats.com usually has a good Barbour selection on hand.

Correction, I meant coatsandhats.com, the outdoor and country store. They do have a couple of jackets like this under the "tailored jackets" section of mens clothing.

You're a bit off season but I have a navy and a tan one from BB and got a khaki one from J and M a couple of years ago. I like all of them.

You should also check out Sierra Trading Post. If you look under Men's Dress coats and search for cotton several will come up.

That's true, but their prices are very affordable and the quality is very good. I would try them before anyone else.

Boglioli makes some fine unlined, unpadded, jackets in summer-weight materials. Check out Three Different for a range of Bog stuff -- at a very good price too. I think it was 100 Euros a pop.

There are a couple of threads here about the last Boglioli sale frenzy on Threedifferent.
