I just bit the bullet and bought a Costume National Homme Suit on Yoox. My understanding is they are a slim fit suit. Just wondering if anyone can tell me if this is a quality suit for the price. I paid $365. The only other decent quality suit I own is a Black HS&M. My other two are department store junk. http://www.yoox.com/item.asp?tskay=3...3486_7_2_IE_-1

i think that looks pretty good in a contemporary way. hard to tell from the photo. the button stance may be a little high for some but thats personal preference.
i have one of their suits and i think the strength they have is in selecting wonderful fabrics- mine is a heavy weight but very soft flannel. yours doesnt photograph well but i suspect will be very nice.
for the price you paid i think its a good deal.

I've paid $600+ for my CN suits, and I'm very happy with them for the price. They're fused, but well made (as long as you avoid the occasional polyester blend.)

Not as well made as my RLBL, but I prefer the cut. The CN button stance is about perfect for me.

Good price for a CN suit. The retail price will be above 1000 IIRC.

generally, roughly equivalent to cantarelli, boglioli, etc. in quality, and not dissimilar in cut. i think it's a good deal, if the cut works for you.

Some of their current season suits are made by Caruso and they are not fused.

The one Yoox sells, of course, is not one of them.

Well when I get it in we will see. I guess if all else fails I can return it and just be out $6.00.

Well my suit came in a couple of days ago and it is partially lined. One thing that bugs me is that the lining is not sewn down all the way around so it is loose. This causes it to show the canvas material under the arm. Not sure what to think of it since this is my first partially lined suit. Like the slim cut on the suit and it feels nice. Will try to get pics tomorrow.
