Cost of Zegna Fabric

Does anyone know what the retail price is of mid range Zegna and Holland and Sherry fabric suitable for a mens suit.

There are so many variables in deciding on a bespoke suit, from the materials to construction, and I want to eliminate one variable ( possible the most important), and insist on fabric from these two suppliers. This allows me to be sure that the material meets some basic standards, and let me compare costs.

If anyone can educate me about the costs, and the most accessable place to buy, Im sure this would be very interesting for the members here.

I think you need to give more information.
Like weight, super's number.
You can buy H&S online, just contact them directly.
The retail price is much higher than the price your tailor got.
Just give you an idea, I got Zegna Trofeo Topical for USD55.77/m last year. The price wasn't for retail.
However, Trofeo Topical is too thin, don't buy it.

There are plenty of other cloths out there those two apart that are equal or are better. Your tailor will get a vastly reduced price compared to the retail price so I would find a tailor that offers such cloth and stick with that rather than buy in your own fabric - unless you happened upon something you really like. If a tailor doesnt offer such cloth they are not worth looking at anyway perhaps.
