I have a regular sized vacum cleaner, but live in a small apartment.

looking at a cordless vacuum cleaner...

cordless, compact and bagless.

I see the Dyson Digital Slim which I saw at best buy, which is 2x the price but I like the aesthetic and design of it. Plus being able to wall mount it, I have a few places it could go..and not have to just throw it in the closet.

vs. Hoover which has a lot of nice reviews, but doesn't look as cool.

I have a Dyson DC35 that was around $200 CDN on the Dyson EBay store refurbished. Same warranty and parts, but comes in a different box. I don't regret it at all, it's been a great vacuum. I use it for stairs and the hardwood in the kitchen and livingroom, occasionally the car.
