Looks more like a side deal was struck to avoid Ebay fees.

You're absolutely right! Why should he start the Artioli shoes at 550 USD and then accept 10 USD?

I would bet a week's pay that he fat fingered it and accidentally accepted. Takes some balls to offer $10 though, I'd be mildy pissed.

You're wrong! I will let you have my paypal adress. Check your pm...

I have more stuff I'm parting with that I'll be loading soon into the sale in my sig, in the meantime here is fun with the Artcurial Hermes auction catalog!

caveat: I've dealt with them, and in addition to being French some standard auction features apply, such as a buyer premium AND VAT being charged on top of your winning bid AND expensive courier shipping unless you have a long-suffering friend pick your purchase up in person (sorry, E).

Grenson Rose black bal boot Size UK11E. Opening bid 129 pounds. I believe this seller - retailtherapy4all - gives lower price ex-VAT to the States.

I have that exact sealskin agenda expect in Hermes rouge.

Also, I feel my tortoiseshell comb with crocodile-skin case trumps the Hermes one...

Nice deal for a pair of NIB EG for PS loafers. $425 BIN includes trees, but I wouldn't be surprised if they go for auction below the BIN price. You could gamble and wait it out. HERE.

EG didn't make "Stuart's Choice"-labelled shoes. Those are Grenson Masterpieces.

Nice shoes nonetheless, for whoever snagged 'em.
