I am completely perplexed by the seller. It hasn't sold for a good amount of relists, and every relist the seller raises the price by $15 or so - it started out around $500, if I remember correctly.

I don't think Royal Tweed and Royals are the same. Also, FWIW, the original Royal Tweed (before purchased by Church's/Cheaney) were made by either Crokett & Jones or Alfred Sargent.
