    looks like you could use some free boxes for mailing shoes?? I use boxes from Wal Mart. Most shoe boxes will fit almost perfect in the boxes that WalMart's "Great Value Cheese (e.g. sharp ched)" are shipped in. Usually the empty boxes can be found broken-down and in shopping carts or stacked near the dairy products. The size is H 6" x L 14.5" x W 8.5".

    USPS Store online offers regulation-sized shoe boxes and they'll mail them to you for free. They are Priority Mail, however. (Non-flat rate).
