Why is this in MC? Has it been this way since the change?

I asked for it to be sent here, and pinned in the box up top because it would have been lost and locked in the old archive once it locks on 8/1.

Guessing either Spoo or Moo will kop...

I would think not. Once you start wearing EG and JLs there is no going back. unless that is they need a nice pair of loafers to mow the lawn in

Whether someone owns EGs and JLs is irrelevant. Point being that if you're looking for a nice pair of Shell tassels, I doubt you can find better in that size. Aldens got nothing on those.

Notice that these have a (relatively) sleek shape compared to most classic tassel loafers. The vamp is also higher, extending almost half the length of the shoes, unlike typical low vamp geezer models.

Fact that they're NOS made in the USA Aristocrafts (and only $250) is a plus for those who care about that sort of thing...

Big +1. I have that model and they are fantastic, handsewn apron too. While there were more than a few duds along the way many of the old Aristocrafts and most all of the Crown Aristocraft shoes are an absolute pleasure to wear. High quality on great lasts, what more do you want really?

That pair looks to be a good buy, although the finish of the shells is a bit flat for my taste.

The finish looks most unlike shell. At a glance I'd have put money on those being calf. In fact - I'm sure I've seen some shoes with a shell sole and calf upper.

Picked these up (thanks NAMOR), but they're too narrow for me. PM me if anyone here wants them for what I have in them, before I release them back into the wild.

you are welcome, man. Too bad they didnt work out. Thats odd that they fit narrow. I thought the Sanderson was tts
