I have several of these, and a couple are indeed made in Germany.

Here's an odd one. Seller lists these as AE Cambridge shell cordovan. From the pictures, the uppers are obviously not shell, and the heel and sole are also the standard non-shell versions. I agree, obviously. Just wanted to know whether anyone has seen a shell model number listed on a non-shell shoe before.
