It's a beautiful thing ....but not so practical.

I really like Laarman's style! Would fit nicely in my living room [IMG]
I like it too. Aesthetically, it reminds me a little bit of designs by Hector Guimard from the late-19th century.

They're fantastic. Very similar to his famous 'Sansone' tables from the '80s. I like them very much.

This is not an object or piece of furniture, and I don't have an iPhone, but I thought this app was pretty cool

    Nice idea

Art.com has an app that lets you see how art would look on your wall.

great feature. If only I had an iPhone for my upcoming trip.

I don't have the information on me, but teh GF has an app that shows all of the proposed (former and current I believe) new buildings for NYC streets. Offers great insight into what could have been.

can anyone reccomend a furniture site that has affordable stuff in the vain of commune design . Think rustic/vtg looking woods, natural finishes ect...

ive been trolling flea markets and gotten odds and ends but dont want to sleep on a vtg sofa.

Im looking for a longer couch and possibly a coffee table.

affordable for me would be somewhere around potterybarn/crate/cb2
not quite room and board and not as budget as ikea.

Just wondering if Im missing a retailer in that category. Im looking for a masculine couch that fits in with a west coast vintage style.

    Im in LA.
