Convex shoulder pads

So i just purchased a suit off of ebay (a 2009 Gucci) and upon receiving it the overall fit was good, but the shoulder pads seen to have a rounded or convex shape. They're not too large (so the problem is not overhang causing them to droop) and theyre not particularly more structured than the other Gucci suits i own. My suspicion is that the suit was stored on too small a hanger, causing the shoulders to round. My question is, is there an easy fix for this? For instance would storing the suit on a proper wide well-shaped hanger or having the suit pressed help re-shape the shoulder pads? Or are they forever rounded now?

unfortunately it's currently at the tailor, I can when I get it back though. Just wondered if anyone had some similar experiences with thrift/used buys etc.
