Converting from shirt size to suit size

Dear all,

I have ordered several dress shirts from Blank Label and have been approaching a perfect fit with those in each successive order, so I believe I have a very good grasp on the measurements of a shirt that adapt to my body. And today, JAB has a 75% off on all suits...I know, I know but a Platinum Suit (their top of line, which used to be half-canvassed but now they claim it's fully canvassed) for approx. US$500 it's at a valid price point I believe.

My issue then is, could I convert from the following shirt size to their suit size (38 regular/40 short/ et al)

I can't be properly measured up for a suit today (Jan 1st) and all my suits (I wear one daily) are Joseph Abboud off the rack and taken to a tailor.

Thanks for any help on this!

My Shirt Sizing

Collar: 16.75
Sleeve: 33.50
Chest Width: 23.50
Midsection Width: 21.50
Shirt Length: 30.00
Shoulder Width: 19.00

Thanks for the quick input. Any way of ordering something that would be fine with just taking it to the tailor (even if I overshoot it a bit)?
