Converting analog to digital

I'm planning to convert my collection of cassettes and records to CD (+400 cassettes, +300 records).
What is the easiest software to use: Roxio/Nero/Microsoft's Digital Media? I'm looking for one that does not need too much user input.

I always use Nero for burning data CDs. For copying I use CloneCD.

I've never heard of CloneCD.... Is it easy to use? What I need to do is to plug in my cassette/record player to my soundcard, then use a program to copy and convert the music to a .wav file, then to burn it onto a CD
