Convertible flap pockets?

Excuse my ignorance here. When a tuxedo jacket is described as having convertible flap pockets, doe that mean that these pockets can be "tucked away"? Thanks.

yes. But I think every jacket on the planet has "convertible" pockets.

Traditionally on a tuxedo, you want to skip the flaps as it creates a more stream-lined look without it. But tucking them in has the same effect.
