Converse (RED)

I just checked out the www.joinred.com site. It's a campaign to help prevent AIDS (and other diseases) in Africa. Everyone's probably already seen the Gap ads. (Christy Turlington looks super hot!). Converse is one of the participants and they're offering customized Chucks, Purcells and One Stars as part of this Red campaign. I'm thinking of ordering some all white low top Chucks but with a red heel stripe and red inner lining. Anyway, thought it was a cool idea.

Actually, RED only applies to the hi/lo converse and not the Purcells. Too bad, too, because I intend on ordering a custom pair in another week or two.
