Looks like a decent shoe for a great price.. just can't figure out what colors (pants) would go with them

Went through the same thought process but I find them pretty useful.
I have worn shoes in similar colour with
  1. red garment dye jeans, navy gingham shirt, belt same colour as shoes. Also added a tan cord jean type jacket for colder weather when needed.
  2. white jeans, petrol blue linen shirt, belt same colour as shoes
  3. indigo shorts, pink polo shirt (no logo), no socks,
