I'd love to discuss this further but I'm currently occupied trying to reach Carlo Franco so I can recommend that Chuck hires Connemara as his new customer service manager.

Seems like I heard some mention, in passing, that he'd already hired one.

I'm with you so far ...

See above. Christ. This is like giving art history lectures to the blind.

Who am I, Corbin Bernsen? Is this 1985? Am I on LA Law?

More color? I did this for you, man, and now I wish I hadn't. You have no clue what conservatism is. You're a phony, a metrosexual phony.

You mean that homo from San Fransciso? Yeah, dude, go ahead and dress like him. Real conservative. [IMG]

What is the appropriate car to drive when wearing Conservative Business Dress?

You don't drive, you are driven, in a (black) Merdcedes 450 SEL. But it has to be a model from the 70s or earlier.

Well, this is it in a nutshell, isn't it? You rich boys getting driven all around town in your big black cars. Well, I can tell you, it ain't that way out here in the real world. One word for you, my friend: VOLVO. Vintage 1985!

Maybe this is just a joke that I am not in on but I think that the abrasiveness of your language defeats the actual purpose of conservative business dress in whichever environment you chose to wear it in. It's a state of mind to a certain extent or at least should be.

Hey, boutonniere dandy boy: before you throw another stone, learn to conjugate verbs. That's a conditional tense. You want to recommend that Chuck hire, not hires.

That's not gonna happen for me. Is there any point in doing just part of the look or will people know I am an imposter?

It has no backseat, [email protected]$$. How can a conservative businessman be driven around in that?

Manton that ensemble does look appropriate for a conservative business environment from my perspective, but I do feel that a forward point collar with a smaller knot would be more appropriate in a contemporary business setting. I also think that a tie with a little more color would make the overall presentation seem a little less shabby without losing the overall seriousness which I believe can help a person's motivation during the work day; maybe Matt would say that it would bring it up a taste level, which I would also agree with.
Thank you my friend. I agree that Manton's collar is a bit swish, but what do you expect from a media type.

I think this is a publicity stunt to sell more books - kind of like Eddie Griffin crashing that Enzo (cross posted fuckers)
