Payment:
I'm starting to find Cash-On-Delivery (Within Australia) as the best method as it means:
1: I can ship it out immediately when you buy
2: I can't overcharge by mistake through estimation of shipping price, nor undercharge and be left shortchanged, everybody wins.
However I do also accept bank deposits and good ol Paypal. I prefer the first two options (again, within Australia only for these) as there's no fees or anything.
