PRICES SLASHED--3/21 ALL remaining ties are now $18 SHIPPED! (yes, even the Rubinacci) 1.) Hickey Freeman gold with white and red dots. Very plush silk that knots up as well as my Nicky and Kiton ties. Woven in England. Made in USA.

4.Rubinacci green, gold and oatmeal pattern. A very regal tie. Unlike the last one, this is a printed silk. Makes a nice knot. Rubinacci is still unavailable in the U.S. (save for a selection at the Carlyle Hotel).

5. [/b]Vintage Calvin Klein for Marshall Fields, oatmeal/red base with diagonal green beaded stripes and dark navy repp stripes (prominent). An awesome pattern. I have a feeling this is from when Calvin Klein made things worth your money; it's a nice narrow width and is made from pure lambswool woven in Scotland. Great hand on this one. NOTE: Please disregard the tie's appearance in the "Calvin Klein" tag pic; it's distorted from the flash.[/b]

That's an H&K Paris tie -- likely made in France. Good quality, handmade.

If I had any money to spare right now, I'd jump on that Hickey Freeman and Paul Stuart tie... unfortunately, my wife would probably divorce me if I buy any more clothing right now.

That being said, I still don't even have a problem with your original thread asking for help in going to CSE. The sheer hypocrisy expressed by many when others are applauded for "only" paying $500 for a pair of shoes or a jacket is just incredible.

It's your right to ask for help just as it is everyone else's right to choose to help you or not.

Good luck in selling those ties. I'm sorry that you have to part with such a beautiful collection.

That's quite alright! I'm sure that if I had a wife she'd be a more than adequate deterrent from shopping
