Congratulations to Cheaney for winning the 2013 Drapers Footwear and Accessories Award

It's been about 4 years since the Church cousins, William and Jonathan purchased Joseph Cheaney & Sons back from Prada.
In doing so they took over the entire decision making process of manufacturing and plotting the the future of the company.
In that short a period of time they (and their dedicated staff) managed to win the prestigious 2013 Draper's Footwear & Accessories Award under the category "Men's Footwear Brand Of The Year".
Their's is a very competitive market. Winning the award is a huge accomplishment, especially in that short a period of time.
I had a conversation with William shortly after their acquisition of the company. His commitment, dedication and, enthusiasm regarding the vision he had for the future of the company was obvious to me immediately.
I always felt that Cheaney is one of the best values at their price-points.
I'm thrilled for them that they got this well deserved publicity on their own merit.
