Someone gave me this overcoat that they were no longer using. It fits in the shoulder over a suit jacket but will need waist suppression.

Is this actually a 36R or is it a 46 and I'm reading it incorrectly? I am normally a 40R. I know overcoats are sized bigger to fit over a jacket.
