Yow.

I suppose this includes their Menswear quarterly as well.

Too bad.

It makes sense. Most of what they can cover is in WWD anyways and DNR usually just published everything a week later anyways.

How long before SF itself is absorbed into some more girly BB?

I work in a building with Conde Nast on 46th and Lex, and I've noticed fewer models in the recent months.

This is not an exact economic indicator, I'm just saying...

Be that as it may, it's nice to have a publication dedicated to menswear rather than having to fish for info in WWD.

I wish they'd keep the online news with the daily updates.

I remember seeing my father ready the Daily news record. Then it went to three days. then once a week.
Were they losing that much money?
I can't imagine that magizine costing them that much to produce.

where will i find the price on pima cotton. whoops.. they have not printed that information in years.

This is what will survive, according to a CN press release quoted in NY Mag:

"In addition to daily men's coverage in print and online, WWD will publish in-depth WWDMen's reports every Thursday beginning in January, special sections during key fashion events, and WWDMen's Collections magazines twice each year. WWD.com will add a dedicated WWDMen's channel in December."

Any word on the Menswear magazine? I would be really dissapointed to see it go, it is a great mix of trends and style.
