That Tuczek lizard shoe is a lot of fun. I think the lizard works really well on a shoe like this where there's already a strong element of trompe l'oeil. It just highlights the constantly shifting notion of a plain black brogue. The heel on the elastic-sided Lobb is beautiful.

    Tim Little, of England

    Tod´s of Italy (!!)

Bass (as Weejun´s creator I think it should be in the list) of America

Please take note that CARMINA ALBALADEJO (of Spain) are good shoes, but quite better shoes are PEPE ALBALADEJO, the original cobbler of the family and Carmina´s uncle. He´s from Inca, Spain.

Stanley Korshak has a huge selection on Bontoni and we do a ton of special orders with Bontoni. Once they have your last on record then it is easy to special order your shoes. I belive they are the best quality for your money.

That's a really beautiful shoe, centipede--possibly the best use of Russian Reindeer I've seen. The split toe always shows off a great skin (and that is one fine toe!). Thanks for keeping us posted.

So Tony had access to Russia Calf after leaving Cleverley? That's pretty good looking Russia Calf, too -- better than some I've seen.
