The links are updated for 5 additions; 2 shoemakers, 1 retailer and 2 porn sites. Thanks to TKDKid, poorsod, fritzl, mussel and TimelessRider.

Just a little correction for Maftei.

Maftei is a family business situated in Vienna. They have two spots.

The main store with Alexandru and a dependance in the city from his son Lucian.

They have "measure days" at selected men's shops in Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg & Berlin(shown, when you click on the news icon).

    Greetings from Austria [IMG]

    Honorable Centipede-san,
Are you interested in buying the Lobb ice skates that are currently on ebay?[IMG] [IMG]

The Tuczek and Anthony Cleverly shoes are very nice. I won't press you for sources and methods, but I'm impressed by your ability to come up with these shoes. It's also always interesting to see some of the odd, sometimes slightly ungainly things Lobb routinely produced to meet the needs of its clients. Of course you need a perforated oxford! Reminds me of an old pair of commes des garcons shoes I once had--black leather mesh with a vibram sole (good for showing off socks; not so good for the rain). Anyway, thanks again centipede for keeping us updated.
You can laugh all you want about the Lobb ice-skates, but I will always regret passing up a pair of bespoke Lobb golf shoes in a thrift store because I don't golf. It seemed like good reasoning at the time, though.

I'm guessing the Lobb golf shoes weren't going for the price of a decent used car.

The centiped is weak to the low temperature.[IMG]

It is a Ultra rare shoes, and I am interested, too.
But,The size of the shoes is too large for me.
Not buying it as much as possible controls my reckless
driving to shoes to which the size doesn't match.

4 added shoes belongs to my friend.
He is a vintage collector, too.

I think they were about $10 (and would have been very nice to pass on to an actual golfer/shoe fiend).

For ten dollars I agree it's a regrettable leave-behind. My first pair of bespoke Lobbs were eighteen dollars, incredibly beautiful slipons, almost completely unworn. The right length, a tad tight. Well, I suffered several hours of my life trying to convince myself they fit. I'm still looking for a friend who A) has long narrow feet and B) could appreciate them.

Are those RJman's brown Henry Maxwell cap-toes I just spied on the centipede's site? Very nice. Based on my limited experience I would say that Maxwell owned those various shades of chocolate brown (so different from what we tend to see today). I'm a sucker for the Maxwell trees too. Always a surprise around the corner. Thanks, centipede and RJman, for sharing.
