On almost all of my jackets (mostly RLBL) there is a little bunching under the collar. If I have a tailor remove the bunching from multiple jackets is there any risk? They say there is.

Their skill at remaking shoulders is lacking.

Thanks for your response Chris. I know you're a master. Is there anything that can be done to fix the shoulder line?

Remake the shoulder. Depending on how severe your roll is, the sleeve should be opened and the shoulder work done. This triples the amount of time to do this job and very few will go that far.
Just ask to have it corrected and let them know you want the shoulder line smooth, no bumps.

RLBL really is a great cut.

Shoulder, collar and sleeve adjustments require the most skill. Some tailors are better than others at these.
You may may other contributing factors that may effect the result.

Yup, I get that ****. Hence, In addition, I noticed that the RLBL jackets do not fit the same even if it's the same size so you need to try on all the jackets to determine the best fit before you buy.

FYI, try Tonello from yoox. The one jacket I bought was perfect - no rolls, soft shoulders - just needed the sleeves adjusted.

I have found with RTW the risk of fixing a bit of a collar roll is higher than the expected outcome. I'd rather a roll than a collar pulling away from my neck.
