Chiropractor opinion/treatment. Yoga with a gentle instructor... perhaps private lessons. Add a mat Pilates class... again, consider private lessons. Start walking when you can... it's the easiest, quickest, and most versatile aerobic exercise. Don't know if you can use any sort of gym bike. Leave the weight-training to a later date... and begin with a private trainer. Take it all slow but just try to keep going week after week. Only you will be able to judge how much to do each week.
