I got to the point where my white CP laces no longer become crisp white after going through the wash, and there's random dark gunk on it. I started looking for replacement laces from CP but like some other posters here found, nobody really has the real thing and CP support is radio silent.
So, I had a friend in China hunt around and found the factory that supplies CP with their laces! He got some samples for us when he came back to the states and they're the real deal. We went ahead and asked the factory for a batch of 50 pairs that another friend is going to bring back from his China trip soon haha.
