Maybe I'm just an idiot but it blows my mind how much celebrities make. I expect that they're raking in the dough but not that much. When they posted the movie star earnings for last year, I couldn't believe how much Will Smith, Cameron Diaz, Eddie Murphy!!!!!!, to name a few made.

Take all these lists with a grain of salt. As far as I can tell, they're all estimates based on pretty crude math and googling what a person has been up to according to the media. It's not like Forbes gets to see their tax returns or anything like that.

According to Forbes, Murphy and Mike Myers both made $50 million last year. Diaz made $55 million.

What boggles my mind is that I couldn't think how. Apparently Diaz made a large chunk from Shrek royalties so I guess those other two clowns did as well.

I have to say that while Murphy's movies suck ass, I do like his cartoon characters.

He should go back to doing stand-up. Raw and Delirious were awesome!!
